Luminosity Gaming signing North American Roster of Lionblaze, Kinseh, and AlRaz

After releasing their 2021-22 roster, Luminosity Gaming is primed to pick up a full new team, this time in North America. The new LG roster will consist of CRL champion & former Ghost member Hunter "LionBlaze" Woitas, former Pittsburgh Knights and Torrent player Sukhpartik "kinseh" Kahlon, and former Charlotte Phoenix Alex "AlRaz" Raczynski.

Luminosity’s move into North America comes following a disappointing season in Europe, where they were preseason favorites to make Majors and Worlds with a trio of Dylan "eekso" Pickering, Damian "Tox" Schäfer, and Sergio "AtomiK" Pérez Cortés. Unfortunately, the team never reached their full potential and failed to make an RLCS LAN. The team came to a postseason decision to split up, with Tox replacing Riccardo "Rizex45" Mazzotta on Evil Geniuses and AtomiK forming a Spanish superteam alongside Marc "MaRc_By_8." Domingo Ruiz and Ivan "DORITO" Ruiz Jiménez under the ARG name.

While Luminosity are not picking up players that have consistently competed at a contender level in North America, there is potential for the team to make some noise in this upcoming season. Lionblaze has long been known as an elite 1v1 player, and was consistently Ghost’s best player throughout the 2021-22 season. He’ll undoubtedly be the centerpiece of the team, and both Kinseh and Alraz have proved to be solid support options. The team has not yet announced a coach or substitute.

As of now, the Luminosity Gaming roster will consist of:

  • 🇺🇸 Alex "AlRaz" Raczynski

  • 🇺🇸 Hunter "LionBlaze" Woitas

  • 🇺🇸 Sukhpartik "kinseh" Kahlon
