Ghost Gaming set to sign tcorrell

With the departure of Hunter "LionBlaze" Woitas to team with Alex "AlRaz" Raczynski and Sukhpartik "kinseh" Kahlon, Ghost Gaming have been searching for a third man to round out the roster. They’ve found their man, as the team is set to sign Tristian "tcorrell" Correll to play alongside Nathan "Shock" Frommelt and Colby "hockser" James.

Last season, Ghost Gaming finished tenth in the North American standings, though they struggled for large portions of the year. They missed out on the Fall Major despite having a chance to qualify on the final day of the Split, and then failed to win a series in the Winter Split. They signed hockser to replace Raul "RollDizz" Diaz before the Spring Split, and finished fourth in their first event of the Spring before failing to win a series in the next two events. With the signing of tcorrell, they will hope to be more consistent, and string together more wins throughout the 2022-23 season.

New signing tcorrell has played for the Susquehanna Soniqs since the Winter Split of RLCS X, and played in eight of the possible nine events last year. According to sources, the negotiations for the buyout of his contract with the Soniqs have been difficult, but Ghost Gaming has finally secured the move. Ghost Gaming participated in rle.gg’s Roster Royale with Kadin "Zineel" Zineel alongside Shock and hockser, but the roster spot for RLCS will be going to the talented tcorrell.

The Ghost Gaming roster for the upcoming season will consist of:

  • 🇺🇸 Tristian "tcorrell" Correll

  • 🇺🇸 Nathan "Shock" Frommelt

  • 🇺🇸 Colby "hockser" James

  • 🇺🇸 Jaryd "Fakey" Weber (coach)
