Endpoint CeX signing Deevo, Crispy, and simas
After the breakup of last season’s roster, Endpoint CeX will be remaining in the European RLCS scene by signing David "Deevo" Morrow, Shaun "Crispy" Tafara Murindagomo, and Simas "simas" Gurskis.
Endpoint CeX finished last season 13th-16th at the World Championship after losing to SMPR Esports and Spacestation Gaming. They were one of only two teams in Europe to qualify for all three Majors and the World Championship, alongside World Champions Team BDS. Endpoint CeX began the season with a trio of Lucas "RelatingWave" Rose, Otto "Metsanauris" Kaipiainen, and Enzo "Seikoo" Grondein. They won two of the first three Regional Events of the season, and entered the Fall Major as the #1 overall seed. The team finished 5th-8th in the event, and moved into the Winter Split.
The British organization struggled at the Winter Major, finishing 9th-12th, and made a roster move. They sent superstar player Seikoo to Team BDS, and signed Archie "archie" Pickthall on loan from SMPR Esports. The new roster of archie, RelatingWave, and Metsanauris qualified for the Spring Major, but went 0-2 to finish 13th-16th. The same trio then had the same result at the World Championship, bringing an end to their season.
With archie’s loan ending, and the contracts of Metsanauris, RelatingWave, and coach Aron "Eclipse" Jones expiring, Endpoint CeX is now signing their new roster. Deevo last played for Guild Esports during the entirety of the 2021-22 season, which was highlighted by their run to a 2nd-place finish at the Gamers8 LAN. He’s a true veteran of the season, having played in RLCS Season 1 qualifiers and playing in every RLCS season since. He’s also an RLCS World Champion, having won in Season 3 with Northern Gaming. Crispy made his RLCS debut in the Spring Split last season with WYLDE, playing in one event, but has been a player in the bubble scene since early 2020. He played alongside simas in that event, who also made his RLCS debut with WYLDE last season, and has also been in the bubble scene for nearly three years now. Endpoint CeX is also signing Jaka "Keda" Kedačič as coach, as he coached that same WYLDE team last season.
The new Endpoint CeX roster will be:
🇬🇧 David "Deevo" Morrow
🇬🇧/🇿🇼 Shaun "Crispy" Tafara Murindagomo
🇱🇹 Simas "simas" Gurskis
🇸🇮 Jaka "Keda" Kedačič (coach)
