CHANGES TO TOP FIVE (15/02/21)
After the first few rounds of TOP FIVE, we are announcing some changes to how things will be ran moving forward! Thanks to all the feedback and participation so far. TOP FIVE is ever growing and changing, so we appreciate your patience and the contributions being made to ensure its greatness!
1. Moving to a Points System
To make sure we’re finding a winner for TOP FIVE, whenever it’s being done, we have transitioned to a points system. This will replace the current system in place of having to guess every single player correctly. We’ve come to the realization of just exactly how ridiculously hard it was! Hopefully this change encourages additional participation now that there will be a clear winner(s) in the future!

6-10: 10 Points
11-15: 5 Points
16-25: 4 Points
26-35: 3 Points
36-45: 2 Points
46-55: 1 Point
56-Below: 0 Points
2. Introducing Bonus Points
We’ve noticed a trend of players with less games played sneaking their way into the TOP FIVE. We’re attempting to combat this by introducing bonus points that will be added based on how far a player makes it into an event! Additionally, to keep the TOP FIVE nature relevant, participants will receive a special +5 bonus points if they correctly guess a players’ position in the TOP FIVE of an event.
3. Live Leaderboard
Lastly, we’re currently experimenting with ways to showcase a Live Leaderboard, right here on ShiftRLE.gg! It’s a a process and we currently don’t have a timetable for when it’ll be up and running, but we’ll keep you updated on the progress of things moving forward.
