Breezi and FlamE to move ahead with noahsaki

With 00 Nation announcing their departure from the esport on Wednesday, George "Breezi" Rusiecki and Jack "FlamE" Pearton are set to move forward with Noah "noahsaki" Gillespie who will join the roster for the foreseeable future. Ethan "Ethzn" Laughland will continue to work with the team over the coming months.

00 Nation, formerly Nordavind, departed the esport ealier this week

Noahsaki is set to come in as a replacement for the departing Joseph Jamie "hibbs" Hibbert who is exploring his options heading into the offseason. Hibbs is a huge loss for the team having been a key player over RLCS 2021-22. Across the 277 appearances hibbs made during the season, he averaged an octane.gg rating of 0.99 and was the highest scorer on his team with 193 goals. Hibbs’ departure also brings an end to a two year long partnership with Breezi, who he started playing with on Team Singularity back in July 2020. Having failed to reach an RLCS main event during his time on Heroic, noahsaki will be hoping to make more of a splash next season alongside his new teammates. However, the young Englishman will need to improve on the 0.85 octane.gg rating he achieved during this season if this roster is to maintain its position as a competitive RLCS team.

The team will be looking for an organization to sign with over the offseason following 00 Nation’s decision to exit the esport after five years of supporting the scene.

Heading into the offseason, the ex-00 Nation roster will consist of:

  • 🇬🇧 George "Breezi" Rusiecki

  • 🇬🇧 Jack "FlamE" Pearton

  • 🇬🇧 Noah "noahsaki" Gillespie

  • 🇬🇧 Ethan "Ethzn" Laughland (coach)
